She was active in 4-H as an activities leader, a member of the Mountain VFW Auxiliary, an Election Inspector and assisted with yearly garage sales in Oconto Falls for the Gillett Seventh-day Adventist Church. She enjoyed traveling abroad and in the U.S.

She is survived by her three children, Lyle (Okki) Schaut of Mountain, Jane (Don) Gerndt of Wisconsin Dells, and Susan Woods of Marco Island, Florida; seven grandchildren, Sony (Bret) Jensen of Freedom, Buddy (Cindy) Schaut of Mountain, Heather (Randy) Magray of Altamonte Springs, Florida, Grayson (Melanie) Gerndt of Oconto Falls, Amanda (Rob) Steinhauser of Carlsbad, California, Sarah (Francisco Gonzalez) Woods of Berwyn, Illinois, and Rebecca Woods of Renton Washington; 11 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Dustin, Austin and Ashley Jensen, Ellie and Emilie Magray, Athena, Graylynn and Evolet Gerndt, Mason and Layla Steinhauser.

Visitation will be before the memorial service from 10-11 a.m. A luncheon will follow the 11 a.m. service. Burial will be in the Mountain Cemetery, Mountain, after the luncheon.

Marian will be greatly missed. We are grateful for her strong belief in God and in the Second Coming of Christ when we will get to spend eternity with her.
